Join Our Global Team of Executive Coaches

We are always looking for highly qualified, experienced executive coaches from around the globe to join our team.

Coaching Qualifications Required to Be Contracted by Tall Trees Executive Coaching

  • Completion of an ICF-approved ACTP coach training program (or equivalent)

  • Minimum ICF PCC credentialing (or equivalent).

  • At least five years of experience working as an Executive or Leadership Coach for a minimum of six international organizations, in the role of coach with the above qualifications.

  • Three corporate client references (including phone contact details). Client titles must be at least Head of Region (e.g., Europe). These references will be contacted.

  • Certified for three years or more in at least one psychometric tool.

  • Ability to provide a letter from the AHV (or national equivalent) confirming the coach’s permission to work independently in Switzerland or their country of residence.
    (Note: Tall Trees contracts with coaches; we do not employ them directly.)

  • Proof of professional insurance covering accidents and illness in the workplace.
